Nur Sajat’s assets up for public auction on Tuesday (Dec 14)

PETALING JAYA: The assets of cosmetics entrepreneur Nur Sajat will be up for auction on Tuesday (Dec 14), says lawyers Nurul Hadzah Hassan and Zeti Zulkii.

According to mStar, the two lawyers – representing OWA Resources Sdn Bhd – said that the auction would be at Nur Sajat’s house at No. 2, Jalan Polo 10/3, Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

This comes after the Shah Alam High Court ordered the seizure of assets belonging to Nur Sajat.

All seized assets are to be auctioned off to recover RM200,000 in damages that Nur Sajat has failed to pay to her stockist, OWA Resources Sdn Bhd.

On the auction, Nurul Hadzah said that Nur Sajat – whose birth name is Muhammad Sajjad Kamarul Zaman – had not made any payments after the writ of seizure and sale was put up at the Kota Damansara premises.

“Therefore, the court has allowed the plaintiff’s application for all the seized items to be auctioned on Tuesday. Anyone who wishes to buy any of the items listed for auction can come,” said Nurul Hadzah and Zeti.

Nur Sajat is currently residing in suburban Sydney, Australia after she was granted asylum there.
